This page describes what personal information is collected when you visit or buy from jussiniittyviita.com, and how it is used.

What is collected

When you buy, Shopify collects your name, email address, billing country and payment information to process the order and deliver your files. I see your name, email address and country. Card details are handled by Shopify's payment provider and never reach me. When you subscribe, your email address is stored so that I can send you what you asked for. When you visit, the site records technical information (browser, device, pages viewed, referring site) through cookies and similar technologies.

How it is used

To deliver your purchase and downloads, to send the letters you subscribed to, to answer your messages, to screen for fraud, and to understand how the site is used and how well any advertising works. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.

Who processes it

Shopify (store, checkout, email delivery) and, where switched on, measurement tools such as Meta and Google, which may set cookies for analytics and advertising. You can decline non-essential cookies in the banner and in your browser settings.

How long it is kept

Order records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you at any time through the contact form. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

This policy may be updated when practices or the law change. The current version is always the one on this page.
